"The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it." - Terry Pratchett
First thing to be mentioned: Premium mempership is AWESOME !
Once I return from our journey, I so do need to get one myself. I totally feel like "oh wow, look what I can do.... and oh my god, that's so FANCY.... ui, this is rather nice indeed.... I wonder if...." *blabala blabla*
Also, journals turn out to be much more fun to write now, because finally, one can do so many things with/around them. YAY.
Thank you so very much, DA, for this Free Premium membership day!
Now, as Alex mentioned in the previous journal entry, soon we're about to take off to our world travel journey, which is definetively going to be an adventure. This means, that you should better not expect great activity on our side when it comes to DA, as I don't know yet how avaiable the internet is going to be. As our journey starts on the 3rd of February, we got lot's of things to do, so you probably won't hear that much of us from now on until like the first week of August. We got a blog thought, so if you are interested, contact me for details.
How ever, please do know that we always appreciate your comments, critiques, favs and support, and even if we won't be able to reply to you guys, we do certainly notice them, and they make us very happy indeed.
By the way, I just happened to find this cute pixel art somewhere in my favourites gallery, and yay, it still is about as cute and adorable as when I first saw it
HAHA - ain't it cute?
it really makes me laugh, because this could be a very likely situation Alex and I could find ourselves in, if any bugs like this one would exist
Not too sure who would be who, though.
One last thing to mention:
using this most awesome opportunity, I choose to request critique on the following art.
So if anyone feels like leaving some constructive critique, please, go for it.
I'm with youI can hear her breathing next to me and smile.
All I can see is a faint glint in her green eyes and a beam of light peaking through a tiny gap, dimly lighting her blond curls.
"Can you hear something?" she asks quitely, and I can hear how strained and excited she is.
I listen. No, actually, I can't. Nothing special, at least.
"Can't you hear the rustling?" she insists.
I nod, knowing that she can feel my gesture. The Rustling is the noise my rats use to make, minding their own buisness. She nudges me. How can I possibly stay that calm?
"I think..." she pauses, then contiunes Actually, I think there are ghosts."
We're lying under my desk.
Coverd by a blanket, we're basically invisible for ghosts. It's a "perfect hiding-place", she had said.
Because: As long as we can't see them, they won't be able to see us either. That's just logical.
I chuckle and, only little convinced, dare to ask: "ghosts?". She shushes at me.
"Memi!" she hisses, be quiet. Otherwise they'll k
Now finally, thank you for reading this journal, and have a most enjoyable day
Once again happy about this great opportunity of testing premium membership, I'd love to feature some of
wonderful rat pictures.
She's not only a great artist but does also give you loads of very useful information about those little fur balls, and she advanced to one of my most favourite photographers here on DA.
If you can spare any time, go and check out her gallery
, you certainly won't regret it
